Partners of the Municipal Website Venture enter into a 3-year contract that covers the following:

  • Development of a Website
  • Website Hosting
  • Staff Training for the Content Management System (CMS) Joomla
  • Data Migration

Municipalities and Villages

Municipal and Village partner fees are determined by the community population. Here are the fees for communities based on population:

  • population under 2,500: $3,970 for 3 years or $1,320/year
  • population between 2,500 and 10,000: $11,900 for 3 years or $3,966/year
  • population over 10,000: $19,840 for 3 years or $6,613/year

Public Sector partner fees are determined by the scope of the project. Here are the fees for public sector organizations based on project scope:

Public Sector Organizations

Basic project scope: $3,970
Suitable for smaller public sector organizations requiring a standard informational website with essential pages, basic configuration, and staff training.

Moderate project scope: $7,940
Designed for organizations requiring additional functionality, more extensive content migration, enhanced design customization, and expanded staff training.

Comprehensive project scope: $15,000
Intended for larger or more complex organizations requiring advanced features, significant data migration, integration with external systems, and extended implementation and training support.

Payments

Partners have a choice of paying the entire lump sum at the beginning of the contract or breaking up the payment into one-third increments paid each year throughout the contract.

There is a one-time $660 cost for optimizing the website for mobile devices.

Support Packages

Municipal Website Venture partners subscribe to one of four support packages: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
