With 25 years of experience in web design and development, Les Coleman was hired in May 2007 to fill the role of Municipal Website Coordinator. The primary role of the Website coordinator is "to coordinate". In addition to this role, the Municipal Website Coordinator is responsible for:
- Website Analysis
- Information Architecture
- Website Design and Development
- Coordinating Partner Services
- Partner Needs Assessment
- Consultation
- Training Plan Development and Execution
- Reports, Plans and Updates to the Board

AMA Executive Director
As AMA Executive Director, Jeff Sunderland plays the role of municipal advocate. All municipal partners in the MWV will look to the AMA to provide a fair and reasonable representation of their collective and individual needs. Metaphorically, this is the role of "barometer", the most accurate and reliable "reading" of the overall municipal climate vis-à-vis the MWV's goals, policies and actions. The AMA Executive Director's secondary role will be as the administrative leader of the project. Other responsibilities include:
- Liaise with municipal partners, AMA Executive, DMA and other stakeholders
- Provide the MWV Advisory Committee with "readings" of the municipal partner's needs, desires, and problems
- Advise the Advisory Committee on matters of the administrative process
- Provide basic administrative support
- Communicate policies to stakeholders
